Refund Policy
If the Customer cancels the booking more than 14 days before the Start Date the Deposit and all other sums (if any) paid by the Customer will be refunded.
If the Customer cancels the booking by giving less than 14 days’ notice the Owner shall be entitled to retain the Deposit but will refund all other sums (if any) paid by the Customer.
If the Customer has not arrived at the Site by 7pm on the Start Date and has not been in contact with the Owner to explain the delay the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and the Owner shall be entitled to retain the Booking
Deposit and all other sums (if any) paid by the Customer. ‘Booking Deposit’ – means 50% of the total fees.
